Lionel Laday was our realtor both for buying our new home and selling our old home. When we were searching for our new home, we appreciated how knowledgeable he was about all the areas we were interested in, but how patient he was with our finding the home that was right for us. He didn’t push us  toward anything; he just let us find the house we loved. When we were selling, he helped us determine what improvements might help us sell more quickly. He also continued to encourage us that the right people would come along who would love the house and want to buy. Once we were in negotiations to sell, he represented us well and helped finalize all the little details that needed attention. We would have been really frustrated with all the finer points of the contract if not for his steady presence.
